摘要
对采油井口装置非标准卡箍进行理论计算和用ANSYS进行有限元分析,获得了卡箍危险部位应力以及整个卡箍的应力分布规律。通过理论计算结果和有限元分析结果的比较,说明卡箍有限元分析更为准确方便,为非标准卡箍的合理设计提供了理论依据和改进意见。
Through theoretical calculation and ANSYS FEA design of non-standard clamp of well head,the stress distribution and the dangerous position are obtained.Comparing the result of those two calculation method,it shows that FEA design is more easy and accurate.This paper provides a theoretical foundation and suggestions of non-standard clamp improvement.
