基于管液压胀形的不锈钢焊管焊缝性能分析

摘要 从不锈钢焊管整体性能角度出发,提出使用管液压胀形试验来评价焊缝质量对管件液压成形的影响。利用激光照射焊缝部位来改变焊缝材料性能,以获得不同状态的焊管。结合有限元和试验,分析了不同焊缝状态下焊管液压胀形的具体表现,提出了评价焊缝质量的依据。整个过程操作简单,结果直观可靠,为判定焊管焊缝成形性能的优劣提供了很好的试验手段和判定依据。 From the point of the whole performance, tube hydraulic bulging test was used to estimate the weld line performance of the stainless steel in tube hydroforming. With the help of laser, different states of the weld line was achieved and analyzed. Then, a standard of estimating the weld line was constructed based on FEM and test. Using tube hydraulic bulging test to test the weld line is simple and strong that it is a good guide to produce the welding stainless steel of good quality.
