电火花修整金刚石导电砂轮温度场分析和实验研究 被引量:2

摘要 运用ANSYS软件建立了电火花修整过程中金刚石砂轮温度场的有限元模型,并参照算例采用的修整电参数进行了实际修整金刚石砂轮的实验,利用VH-800三维数字显微镜观察电火花修整前后金刚石砂轮表面的微观形貌。结果表明,运用仿真模型所得分析结果与实验修整砂轮表面轮廓情况符合得很好。利用所建立的金刚石砂轮温度场的计算机仿真系统可对砂轮修整过程进行前期预测、工艺参数调整及优化等,避免加热温度过高使砂轮表面金刚石颗粒石墨化,或加热温度不足使砂轮表面硬度下降不够等情况的发生,从而减小了直接进行修整实验带来的盲目性。 A simulation model established by finite element methods using ANSYS software shows the distribution temperature field on the diamond wheel. The actual dressing experiment was conducted by the same EDM parameters as the numerical simulation model. And the wheel surface topographies before and after dressing was observed by optical microscope (KEYENCE VH--8000 Digital HD). The analyses show that the theoretical calculation results are consistent with those of experi- ments under the same experimental conditions. The simulation model is benefit to quality forecast, parameter regulation and optimization in the process of truing and dressing diamond wheel. It also helps to avoid that high temperature make diamond grain graphitization or the temperature is not high enough to remove the metal bond well. The simulation model can keep from the blindness to true and dress diamond wheel directly.
