摘要
根据立式圆盘型孔式排种器的工作机理设计了试验装置,将排种器的工作过程直观可视化,利用高速摄影技术,将排种器工作过程中的充种、清种、投种等基本环节清晰地呈现出来。通过高速影像分析并结合试验数据,明确了此类排种器的工作机理,提出了提高性能的具体方案。
A testing device was designed in order to study the working principle of vertical plate seed- metering device, improve the intensive research and enhance its working performance. The video information of working process was obtained by using high-speed image technique. The working principle of this device was clarified by the current study through high-speed image technique and data analysis, and the concrete scheme was put forward to enhance its performance. It has important instructional sense for the theoretical and practical research of seeding-machine.
