摘要
在阐述了金属超声焊接的原理特点、焊接过程和焊接工艺参数的基础上,利用晶界偏析理论分析了焊接粘合后,焊区快速冷却的现象.
The paper firstly presents the basic principles, characters and process of ultrasonic metal welding, together with the parameter influence of welding craft. With the grain boundary segregation theory, it then clearly explains the reason why soldered area will quickly cool after the adhesion of interfaces.
