摘要
光电倍增管对电源的稳定性要求较高,介绍了一种光电倍增管用高压电源模块的设计方法,电源设计采用TL494脉宽调制控制器,采用调节比较基准方法进行输出电压的调节,实现了电压的稳定输出,并最终给出了具体的仿真及测试结果。
High voltage power supply for photomultiplier tube requires high stability. The paper describes a scheme of highvoltage power supply for photomultiplier tube. TL494 pulse width modulator power-supply is adopted in the design. It employs to adjust the benchmark voltage to achieve continuous adjustable and stabilization voltage. It also provides emulation and testing results.
