慢性丙型肝炎病毒(HCV)感染与2型糖尿病

摘要 随着社会的进步和经济的发展，2型糖尿病患病率呈上升趋势。各国学者对糖尿病的流行病学调查显示：在糖尿病患者中，丙型肝炎病毒（HCV）的感染率显著增高，且高于乙型肝炎病毒（HBV）的感染率。同时发现，糖尿病人群中并未发现任何已证明存在的能使HCV感染率上升的流行病学因素，因此认为，HCV在糖尿病的发展中可能有直接的作用。有调查显示：丙型肝炎人群中2型糖尿病的发病率高于一般人群，并且这种发病率的增加与人种、性别、体重指数（BMI），以及是否发生肝硬化无相关性。
