不同抗原修复方法对免疫组化试验结果的影响 被引量:3

摘要 免疫组织化学技术是用已知抗体或抗原检测组织细胞中的未知抗原或抗体的技术,能将形态、代谢和功能密切结合起来,具有操作简单、敏感性高、特异性强等优点,已广泛用于病理诊断。但在常规福尔马林固定、石蜡包埋的组织中抗原显示存在一定的问题,这主要是由于组织在福尔马林或其他固定液中会引起蛋白内和蛋白间亚甲基桥的桥连,导致许多抗原簇被封闭,因此表达反应微弱,染色效果不佳,影响到诊断的准确性,
