摘要
近年来,由于农村面源、农业生产和生态破坏带来的影响,车木河水库面临水环境污染及生态环境破坏等环境问题。提出加强饮用水源保护区建设,建立长效管理机制;加强农村污染源的控制和管理;实施生态建设重点工程;加强环境管理能力建设和监察队伍建设;解决好水源地发展与保护的矛盾等生态环境保护与建设的措施及建议。
The water pollution and ecological environment destruction of Chemuhe reservoir are analyzed resulted from the impacts of non - point source pollution and agriculture production. The countermeasures are pointed out to protect the drinking water source. The measures are to strengthen the construction of drinking water source area, and to build effective management system, and to improve the control and management of pollution source in villages, and to implement ecological construction projects and so on to solve the conflicts between drinking water source development and ecological environment protection.
