摘要
新一轮基础教育课程改革对广大中学英语教师提出了全新的要求。为适应这次课程改革,中学英语教师需要不断提高自身素质,实现新的专业发展。文章通过分析新课标对中学英语教师的新要求,结合中学英语教师在新课程改革中的重要作用,对中学英语教师要实现新的专业发展,首先应实现自身转型的问题进行了论述。
With the rapid development of the English curriculum, a thorough reform of English teaching is underway. The English teachers should gradually change their attitudes and behaviour so that they can get used to a new situation and deal with it successfully. This article discusses the English teacher＇ s flexibility for the new English curriculum for middle school.
