摘要
肿瘤标记物是肝细胞癌早期发现的基础。磷脂酰肌醇蛋白聚糖3（glypican3）是继AFP之后发现的一个新的肝细胞癌标记分子，研究发现glypican3具有敏感性高和特异性强的特点，尤其在肿瘤发生的极早期，具有很高的临床应用价值，为早期肝细胞癌的精确诊断带来了新的希望。
Tumor markers lay the foundation of early diagnosis for hepatocellular carcinoma （HCC）. Besides alpha-fetoprotein, glypican 3 is confirmed to be a novel tumor marker for HCC with high specificity and sensitivity, especially at immediately early stage of small carcinoma. Glypican 3 has high value of clinical application and may bring new hope for precise diagnosis of HCC.
