摘要
本文概述了某重型燃气轮机双燃料喷嘴组气体燃料流量试验器的研制及部分试验研究结果。为了测量该喷嘴组各流路供给的天燃气流量,专门研制了SH-1型气体流量试验器。试验器巧妙地将测量系统、操作系统、数据显示、数据采集与处理系统结合在一起,测量结果准确、稳定、重复性好,测量误差小于0.5%,操作简单,造价仅为国际同类设备的五分之一,系国内首创。应用SH-1气体流量试验器准确测量了喷嘴组流路Ⅲ、流路Ⅳ和流路Ⅴ的供气量。喷嘴组的单管燃烧试验结果表明,喷嘴组各项指标均达到设计要求,SH-1型气体流量试验器的试验结果可靠、稳定。
This paper presented the development of a two-tuel injector group test rig for heavy-duty gas turbine with some experimental results. In order to measure the natural gas flow of the individual flow pipe of the injector, flow test rig SH-1 was specifically developed. The test rig included measurement system, control system, data display system, data acquisition and processing system, gave precise, stable, repeatable measurements with a total error less than 0.5%. This easy handling system cost only one fifth of same imported product, and was developed in China, Using SH-1 flow test rig, the flows in pipelines Ⅲ , Ⅳ, Ⅴ were precisely measured. The test results of single liner combustor equipped with this injector group met with the design targets, and the test results by SH-1 test rig were reliable and stable.
