摘要
目的探讨上海市部分老年人的心理健康状况、影响因素及自助需求情况。方法应用自编老年人心理健康自评工具、老年人心理健康自助调查表,对上海市两区西部甲区和东部乙区500例60岁以上老年人进行测查。结果总样本及乙区中不同居住地的老年人心理健康状况存在显著性差异;11%的老人中存在中度以上心理问题;6%的老人心理健康知识很差;仅8.2%的老人靠自己解决一般心理问题。结论居住环境、经济状况、社会文化氛围等是影响老年人心理健康的重要因素,一定比例的老年人存在不同程度的心理问题,大多数老年人的心理健康自助需求强烈。
Objective To investigate the mental health status of the elderly in Shanghai and their influencing factors and demand of self-supporting. Methods A self-designed scale and self-sup- porting scale for elderly mental health were used to measure the mental health status of 500 elderly subjects in 2 regions of shanghai. Results Significant correlation was identified between the total sample and the sample from one region. Investgation showed that 11% of the elderly had a medium level metal health problem or above; 6% of them had a poor knowledge of mental health; 8.2% of them relied on themselves to solve mental problems. Conclusion Living environment, the economic status and social culture etc. have great influence on the mental health of the elderly ; some subjects have mental health problems ; most subjects have a strong demand for mental health self-supporting.
