摘要
按建设部颁布的《建筑施工安全检查标准》(JGJ59-99)对各因素评分中,存在"一分之差成两级"的不合理现象。为了更合理、科学地对建筑安全状况进行评判,引入了模糊综合评判的评定方法。按照JGJ59-99标准,把建筑安全的内容划分为安全管理、文明施工等十项目指标,并根据模糊综合评判的评判集,得出评判结果,然后按照最大隶属原则理论可得到综合评定的安全等级。通过这种数字化、定量化综合地反映了建筑施工安全状况的实际情况,从而避免了"一分之差成两级"的不合理现象。
In scoring system of "code for safety inspection of building construction" (JGJ59-99), there exist some unreasonable phenomena such as two grades just with only one point. In order to assess the safety condition of building construction more reasonable and scientific, this article introduced the Fuzzy Comprehensive Assessment method. According to JGJ59-99, construction safety includes 10 items. The evaluation results can be obtained by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation set, and then the safety grade can be determined by the Maximum Subordination Principle, This digital and quantitative evaluation method reflects the actual condition of building construction safety, so that some unreasonable phenomena can be avoided.
