摘要
通过对德±古水煤气制甲醇和焦炉气制甲醇2套甲醇合成装置和工艺的比较,得出合成甲醇在相同的工艺操作条件下由于反应气体成分的不同造成了反应途径的区别:德±古水煤气制甲醇在高CO(15%~16%)条件下,甲醇合成反应主要是以甲酸基途径合成;焦炉气制甲醇在高CO2(6%~9%)的条件下,甲醇合成反应主要是以甲酰基途径合成。
Through the comparison on two sets of methanol plant and its process, it is concluded that the processes of methanol synthesis for the same plant but with different feed gas, produced by Texaco gasifier and coke oven, are different due to different composition of sysgas under the same process condition, formic process in condition of carbon monoxide content of 15% - 16% mainly for Texaco gas, formoyl process in condition of carbon dioxide content of 6% - 9% mainly for coking gas.
