离子液体双水相萃取分离芦丁的研究 被引量:7

摘要 建立了由亲水性离子液体四氟硼酸1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑([BMIm]BF4)和(NH4)2SO4形成的双水相体系萃取分离芦丁的新方法。分别研究了盐的浓度、离子液体浓度、芦丁加入量和溶液pH值对芦丁萃取率的影响。结果表明,(NH4)2SO4加入量在1.5g,离子液体加入量在1.5~2.0mL,芦丁加入量在1.0~1.5mL,溶液酸度在pH4~6范围,离子液体双水相体系对芦丁有较高的萃取率(E%〉90%)。 A new aqueous two-phase system for the extraction and separation of Rutin,which was formed by a room temperature water-soluble ionic liquid BF4(1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium tetrafluoroborate) and phase-forming salt(NH4)2SO4,was studied and established.The effects of concentrations of ionic liquid,salt,Rutin and the PH value on the extraction efficiency1 were analyzed systematically.The findings showed that the ionic liquid aqueous two-phase system had the highest extraction efficiency(E%>90) with the solution by putting in 1.5g of(NH4)2SO4,1.5~2.0mL of ionic liquid,1.0~2.0mL of rutin,with the range of PH values 4~6.
