摘要
和谐社会是当前中国社会的主题,而信息无障碍是创造和谐社会非常重要的部分。目前信息通信已成为日常生活必备的组成部分,如何让残疾人和正常人一样使用通信终端是本文关注的重点。首先介绍了通信终端的信息无障碍设计的设计原则,随后描述了适用于通信终端的主要信息无障碍技术,最后提出相关通信终端的信息无障碍设计建议。
To build a harmonious society is the theme of China, while information accessibility is one of the important parts of the harmonious society. Currently, information communication has become an important component of daily life. Therefore, this paper is focused on how to help disabled people use communication terminals. Firstly, the paper introduces the design principles of terminals for information accessibility; then it describes all applicable terminal technologies for information accessibility; finally, it provides some proposals for the design of communication terminals for information accessibility.
