固相萃取-火焰原子吸收光谱法分析三钛酸钠晶须对铬(Ⅲ)的吸附行为 被引量:4

Solid-phase extraction techniques for chromium(Ⅲ) adsorption on sodium trititanate whisker with flame atomic absorption spectrometry

摘要 本文以火焰原子吸收光谱法(FAAS)为检测手段,详细研究了三钛酸钠晶须对Cr(Ⅲ)的吸附行为,提出了以3.0 mol/L HNO3活化后的三钛酸钠晶须作为吸附剂,火焰原子吸收光谱法测定金属类内分泌干扰物Cr(Ⅲ)的新方法。考察了吸附酸度、吸附剂用量、振荡时间、静置时间、三钛酸钠晶须对Cr(Ⅲ)的静态饱和吸附容量,及干扰离子对Cr(Ⅲ)吸附的影响。结果表明:pH 4.0时,三钛酸钠晶须对Cr(Ⅲ)的吸附效果最好;三钛酸钠晶须对Cr(Ⅲ)的静态饱和吸附容量为17.5 mg/g,远高于常见的固相吸附剂;对0.3μg/mL Cr(Ⅲ)平行测定11次的相对标准偏差为1.49%。 The adsorption behavior of sodium trititanate whisker for Cr(Ⅲ) was investigated in detail and a new method was proposed for the determination of Cr(Ⅲ), as a incretion interferent of metals, by flame atomic absorption spectrometry (FAAS) with sodium trititanate whisker as solid sorbent, activated in 3.0 mol/L HNO3. The influences of the experimental parameters, such as the acidity for adsorption, amount of sorbent, oscillation and quiescent time, the effect of foreign ions on the determi-nation of Cr(Ⅲ) and the greatest static adsorption capacity of sodium trititanate whisker for Cr(Ⅲ) were examined. Under the optimum conditions, the greatest static adsorption capacity of sodium trititanate whisker for Cr(Ⅲ) was 17.5 mg/g, which is higher than that of the commonly used solid phase extractant, indicating the sodium trititanate whisker possesses of a good adsorption effect . The relative standard deviations for 0.3μg/mL Cr(Ⅲ) was 1.49%(n=11).
