摘要
通过XRD、TEM等测试手段对沉淀-热分解二步法制备的纳米氧化锌进行了表征。借助于负离子配位多面体生长基元理论,论述了前驱物Zn5(CO3)2.(OH)6热分解过程的随机核化机理过程,揭示了热分解过程中纳米氧化锌的结晶机理与生长习性,研究表明生长基元为Zn(CO3)64-和Zn(OH)24-,成核过程是在受迫状态下的非均匀成核,取向连生表明氧化锌的极性生长。
The structure and morphology of nanometer-sized zinc oxide powder preparated using precipitation-thermal decomposition were investigated by means of XRD and TEM. By using of growth units model theory of anion coordination polyhedron, the crystalline mechanism and growth characteristics of nano-ZnO in the thermal decomposition process were indicated. It was shown that the growth units were Zn( CO3)^6-4 and Zn( OH)^2-4, and Its process of crystal nucleus formation was heterogeneous nucleation in the forced condition. Oriented intergrowth occurs accompanying the crystal formation, indicating the fact of the nature of polar ZnO crystal growth.
