摘要
"治未病"是中医学古往今来一直遵循的治疗理念,这种理念对中医临床的过去及未来都具有重要意义。2007年1月份召开的全国中医药工作会议上,治未病的治疗理念和实践被提到了前所未有的高度。随后,在国家中医药管理局的推动下,一些治未病试点医疗机构相继建立。推行治未病是传承了2000多年的中医学说,将会对疾病的预防与治疗产生重要影响。该文通过回顾前人对治未病理念的认识及实践,现代临床治未病理念的创新应用,旨在重新认识健康的内涵,让治未病的治疗理念引领人类健康发展方向。
＂Preventive treatment＂ is a concept with which the Traditional Chinese Medicine constantly implies in the procession of treating diseases for two thousands years. The concept is significant on clinical practice of Traditional Chinese Medicine. The experts of Traditional Chinese Medicine pay more attention on the concept at the conference of Traditional Chinese Medicine in January 2007. Subsequently, some medical institutes have been set up to prevent diseases with effort of the national bureau of Traditional Chinese Medicine. It will produce an important effect on the prevention and treatment of diseases to advocate ＂preventive treatment＂. The authors reviews the theory and practice development of ＂preventive treatment＂. Furthermore, the authors sums up the innovation of ＂preventive treatment＂ on the practical application in medical field and expect to make people understand what is an ideal health care method. The concept of ＂preventive treatment＂ will lead the development of human health to right direction in the future.
