摘要 目的探讨LRP、P-gP、GSTπ、ToPoⅡ联合检测在胃癌预后判断中的意义。方法应用免疫组织化学技术,检测136例胃癌组织中LRP、P-gP、GSTπ、ToPoⅡ的联合表达。结果LRP、P-gP、GSTπ共同表达阳性率,高中分化腺癌分别与低分化腺癌、黏液癌、印戒细胞癌、未分化癌比较存在显著差异(P<0.05),同时与浸润深度、淋巴结转移有显著相关性(P<0.05)。LRP、P-gP、GSTπ、ToPoⅡ共同表达阳性率高分化腺癌与低分化腺癌之间存在显著差异(P<0.05),淋巴结有无转移之间存在显著差异(P<0.05),与浸润深度无相关性。结论应用免疫组化联合检测LRP、P-gP、GSTπ、ToPoⅡ可以客观地判断胃癌的预后。 Objective To study the significance of combined detection of lung resistance protein ( LRP), P - glycoprotein ( P - gp), glutathione S - transferace - π ( GST - π) and topoisomerase Ⅱ ( Topo Ⅱ ) in gastric cancer prognosis judgment. Methods One hundred and thirty - six patients with human gastric carcinomas were studied for the expression of LRP, P - gp, GST - πrand Topo Ⅱ by using immu- nohistochemistry. Results There were significant relationships in the positive expression rate of LRP, P - gp, GST -πrbetween high - Medium differentiated adenocarcinoma and Poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma, Mucinous carcinoma, and Undifferentiated carcinoma( P 〈 O. 05 ), also overexpression of depth of invasion and lymph node metastasis( P 〈 O. 05 ). There was significant relationships in the positive expression rate of LRP, P - gp, GSTπ, ToPo Ⅱ between high differentiated ad and Poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma( P 〈 0.05) ,also overexpression of lymph node metastasis(P 〈0.05), but not with depth of invasion. Conclusion Examing LRP,P - gp,GST - πand Topo - Ⅱ expression in colorectal carcinoma using immuno - histochemistry play important role in clinical .chemotherapy.
