摘要
以偶氮二异丁腈为引发剂,研究了丙烯腈与胶原蛋白在溶剂二甲基亚砜中的共聚合反应,考察了反应温度、单体浓度、引发剂浓度和反应时间等聚合条件对共聚反应的影响.结果表明反应温度是影响聚合反应转化率的重要因素,随着反应温度的升高,转化率上升,但聚合物的相对分子量降低.胶原蛋白和丙烯腈聚合反应的最佳条件为:反应温度为60℃,控制引发剂浓度和单体浓度分别为1%和20%,胶原蛋白和丙烯腈的质量配比为2:98,反应时间为8 h.
The copolymerization of collagen and acrylonitrile is carried out in dimethyl sulphoxide(DMSO) using azodiisobutyronitrile(AIBN) as the initiator. The effects of concentration of monomer and initiator, reaction temperature and time on copolymerization are studied. It has been shown that the reaction temperature is the most important factor. The conversion increased and the relative molecular weight lowered with the increasing temperature. The best condition of polymerization of collagen and AN is as follows., the reaction temperature is 60℃, the concentration of initiator is 1%, the concentration of monomer is 20%, the mass proportion of collagen/AN is 2:98 and the reaction time is 8 h.
