摘要
本文以法国野燕麦作为材料,比较了CTAB、SDS、NaOH裂解3种方法提取单粒种子DNA的效果,根据核糖体DNA的PCR扩增结果,结合准确、快速和简便的原则,挑选出快速提取单粒种子DNA的方法,为杂草种子快速分子鉴定打下基础。
Three methods, CTAB, SDS and NaOH, were used for extracting DNA from single seed of Avena ludoviciana. And the reliability was confirmed by PCR amplification of rDNA sequences. A method, which was exact, speedy and convenient, was the best choice of isolating DNA from single seed. And it would be contributive to identification of weeds＇ seeds on molecular level
