终末期肾病患者氧化应激水平及相关因素分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨终末期肾病(ESRD)患者氧化应激水平及其影响因素。方法:选取尿毒症患者57例,测定血浆丙二醛(MDA)、氧化修饰低密度脂蛋白(Ox-LDL)和晚期蛋白氧化产物(AOPP)水平。结果:绦末期肾病患者MDA、Ox-LDL和AOPP水平较正常人明显升高(P<0.01)。有心血管并发症者较无心血管并发症者升高(P<0.01)。应用血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂(ACEI)治疗的患者比不用ACEI治疗患者的MDA、Ox-LDL和AOPP降低。结论:终末期肾病患者血浆氧化应激水平较正常人明显升高,有心血管并发症者升高更明显。应用ACEI治疗可能降低终末期肾病患者氧化应激的水平。 Objective:To investigate the level of oxidative stress in patients with end stage renal disease(ESRD) and analyze the correlation factors. Methods:The level of malondialhehyde(MDA), oxidized low - density lipoprotein(ox - LDL) and advanced oxidized protein products(AOPP) of 57 uremic patients were detected. The detected results of the patients were compared with those of the normal subjects. Results:The level of MDA, ox - LDL and AOPP of ESRD patients were significantly higher than those of the normal subjects(P〈0. 01 ). The patients with cardiovascular diseases had a higher levels of MDA, ox - LDL and AOPP than the patients without cardiovascular diseases(.P〈0.01 ). The level of MDA, ox - LDL and AOPP of ESRD patients taking angiotensin - converting enzyme inhibitors(ACEIs) were higher than those of ESRD patients not taking ACEIs. Conclusion: The level of oxidative stress in ESRD patients is higher than that in the normal subjects and ACEIs can alleviate the oxidative stress induced by ESRD.
