摘要
动态观察２５只家兔心肌缺血再灌注期间血浆及心肌组织一氧化氮（ＮＯ）水平的变化。结果显示：血浆一氧化氮代谢产物ＮＯ２－／ＮＯ３－含量，随心肌缺血延续呈进行性下降，而再灌注期间呈先上升后下降；缺血再灌注损伤心肌局部ＮＯ２－／ＮＯ３－含量明显低于非损伤心肌（Ｐ＜０．０５）。文章讨论了这些变化的可能机理。
The changes of serum and myocardial nitric oxide (NO) levels were dxynamically observed during myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury in 25 rabbits.The results showed that the content of NO products NO 2 -/NO 3 - in the serum decreased progressively when myocardial ischemia continued,and increased and then decreased during myocardial reperfusion;the content of NO 2 -/NO 3 - in the myocardium which was damaged during ischemia reperfusion was significantly lower than that in non damaged myocardium( P<0.05).The possible mechanism of these changes were discussed in this paper.
