摘要
对某电厂215MW机组装设的湿法烟气脱硫装置无法正常运行的问题进行了试验分析,对增压风机与脱硫岛系统进行了热态性能调试试验和性能测试,对热态下脱硫岛系统阻力进行了详细测试。通过对不同工况下的试验数据比较分析,表明故障原因为:脱硫系统真实阻力比原设计计算阻力大1000Pa以上;风机设计选型时烟气密度选取与实际值相差较大,相同烟气量下风机设计压头比实际需要压头小12%以上。针对以上情况提出了合理可行的建议。
An experimental examination has been..done to .analyze the causer of a power plant's wet flue gas desulfurization system problem, Firstly, a series of tests were cacried to investigate the characters of the blower and the desulfurization island. The system's distribution of resistance was also gained successfully. The further compare of the test data contributed to the following conclusion. The real resistance was much greater over 1000Pa than the design condition for the desulfurization island; the chosen gas density of the blower didn't match with the real condition, the designed pressure of the blower with the same gas flux is less 12% than real necessary of the system. Some practical recommendations were also enumerated aiming at these problems,
