摘要
目的:探讨腰穿脑脊液置换治疗蛛网膜下腔出血的观察及护理方法。方法:观察组(12例)采用内科常规治疗以及腰穿脑脊液置换术治疗;对照组(22例)只单用内科常规治疗方法治疗。观察两组病人用药的最大剂量及临床表现,并结合治疗采取有效的护理措施。结果:观察组用药剂量明显减少,头痛持续时间明显缩短,治愈率明显提高(均P<0.01)。结论:脑脊液置换治疗蛛网膜下腔出血效果良好。术前做好降颅压的护理;术后严密观察,加强心理护理是其护理要点。
Objective：To study the method for observing and nursing for patient with spinal fluid replacement on subarachnoid hemorrhage . Method： In observing group （12 cases）, spinal fluid replacement by lumbar puncture and routine treatment were adopted. While in control group （22 cases） only with routine treatment. And then compared the symptom in max drug dosage in both group, in the mean while the proper nursing method were adopted. Result： The cure rate was increased obviously （p〈0.01） in observing group, the drug dosage was decreased, the time of headache was shorten. Conclusion： It＇s effective on tient with spinal fluid replacement on subarachnoid hemorrhage , and the nursing key point to patients observing the state after operation throughly , pay attention to mental nursing, with proper nursing for dec sing intraeranial pressure.
