计算机体层成像在肺栓塞诊治中的应用

摘要 肺动脉栓塞起病急、病死率高,及时有效的诊断显得尤其重要。近年来影像诊断技术的发展使得肺栓塞检出率日益增加,而计算机体层成像(CT)尤其是CT肺动脉造影技术在肺栓塞诊治中扮演了越来越重要的角色,文章主要介绍CT应用于肺动脉栓塞诊断的研究进展以及CT肺动脉造影技术在诊断和评价肺动脉栓塞程度中的应用,同时阐述该技术的不足,探讨其发展前景。 Pulmonary embolism (PE) has urgent onset with high case fatality. It is very important to diagnose it in time. With the development of diagnostic imaging, the detection rate of pulmonary embolism is increasing daily. Computed tomography especially computed tomography pulmonary arteriography (CTPA) is playing more and more important role in the diagnosis and therapy of pulmonary embolism. This article not only mainly reviews the study progresses about the diagnosis of PE and the application of CTPA in diagnosing and evaluating the degree of PE ,but also debates its shortcoming and its propects.
