摘要
由于肌腱的特殊结构与功能,使得肌腱缺损后的治疗成为困扰临床医师的一大难题。近年来,组织工程的迅速发展让学者们找到了新的研究方向。随着种子细胞、支架材料、力学特性研究逐步深入,组织工程化肌腱的体外构建及体内应用亦随之日趋成熟,使其有望成为临床肌腱缺损修复最为理想的替代物。
Owing to special structure and function of tendon.treatment for tendon defect is always a disturbing problem for clinical doctors. Recently, the rapidly developed tissue engineering makes scholars find new study direction. With the further development of cell seeds, bracket materials, mechanic properties, and the increasing mature of building ex vivo and application in vivo of tissue engineering tendon, this kind of tendon is expected to be ideal substitute in repairing clinical tendon defect.
