摘要
流程银行是全球化经济条件下西方银行改革的发展模式,借鉴该模式对于我国银行业改革发展具有现实而深远的意义。介绍了"流程"的内涵,分析了我国建立流程银行的必要性,揭示了我国银行业在流程管理中缺乏业务流程差异化、横向协调流程不足和后台流程占据过多资源的问题,提出了应对的改革策略。
Process Bank is the Pattern of the Western banking reform in the economic globalization. It is of realistic significance to learn from the new pattern of banking management to deepen the reform and develop the Chinese banking business. This paper firstly introduces the contents of Process, and analyzes the necessity of establishing processing banks. And then the paper discloses the problems of process management in Chinese banking from the aspects of differences of business process, horizontal process and backstage process. Finally, the paper puts forwardsome reforming strategies.
