摘要
文章认为明确系部教学档案管理范围是做好系部教学档案管理工作的前提,加强领导、增加投入是条件,强化意识、提升素质是做为系部档案管理的关键。
It＇s very important in the management of college for the administration of the teaching archives in department. But there are some problems. It＇s the presupposition to definitude the scope the administration of the teaching archives in department. And the strategy to resolve those problems is to reinforce the guidance, advance the stuff, enhance the operative skills, pay attention to investigation, and affiliate with other colleges.
