摘要 目的探讨结核性和恶性胸水中腺苷脱氨酶(ADA)的活性、γ-干扰素(γ-IFN)和唾液酸(SA)的水平及其临床意义。方法采用比色法、酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)和酵素法分别检测116例结核性、65例恶性胸腔积液中ADA活性、γ-IFN和SA含量。结果结核组胸腔积液中ADA活性、γ-IFN含量都明显高于恶性组,其P值分别为P<0.01和P<0.001。恶性组SA含量明显高于结核组(P<0.01)。结论检测胸水中ADA活性、γ-IFN和SA含量有助于结核性和恶性胸腔积液的鉴别。 Objective To measure ADA activity and levels of interferon-γ, and SA in tuberculosis and malignant pleural effusions and the clinical significance. Method ADA activity and levels of γ-IFN and SA were tested by colorimetry, ELISA and ferment method respectively. 116 cases with tuberculosis pleural effusions and 65 cases with malignant pleural effusions were compared. Results The activity of ADA and the level of γ-IFN in tubercle's pleural effusion were both obviously higher than the malignant tumor pleural effusion( P 〈0. 01 and P 〈0. 001 respectively). The level of SA in malignant tumor group was higher than the tuberculosis group(P 〈0. 01 ). Conclusion The determination of ADA, γ-IFN and SA levels in the pleural effusions may contribute to identification of tuberculosis and malignant pleural effusions.
