摘要
从旅游行政部门人力资源管理的涵义和意义入手,对旅游行政管理部门人力资源管理现状进行了论述,找出了现存的诸多问题,并进行了深入分析。最后,结合国内外企业和政府部门人力资源管理的先进经验,提出了解决这些问题的具体措施。
Commencing from the denotation and connotation of human resource development and management. Furthermore, this paper discusses the present situation of human resources development and management of tourism administration. At last, the paper proposes some specific measures on which the development and management of tourism administration human resources should adopt in China from the experiences of enterprises and other governments.
