介绍了硫铁矿制酸干吸转化工序的节能和废热回收情况,干吸工序采用波纹填料具有明显的节能效果,转化工序节能的关键是要解决风机压头与系统压力降匹配问题。从理论上分析探讨了一种有工业化前景的干吸转化工序废热回收系统,该系统可有效利用低温位废热,具有投资省、安全可靠的特点,经济效益明显。
The situation of energy saving and waste heat utilization in drying and absorption and conversion sections of pyrite-based sulphuric acid plants are introduced. Corrugated packing used in drying and absorption towers has significant energy-saving effects. The key to saving energy of conversion section is to match blower pressure head and system pressure drop. A waste heat recovery system for drying and absorption and conversion sections that has good industrial prospect is investigated from theory. The system can effectively utilize low-level waste heat and has the features of low investment, safe and reliable operation with significant economic benefits.
