摘要
采用面-面接触模型来模拟氨合成塔外壳双锥环密封结构的接触问题,使用大型的有限元应力分析软件Ansys10.0,运用该软件所提供的轴对称平面单元,对双锥环与平盖及筒体端部的接触部位进行详细的应力分析,并得到接触面上的应力分布云图,同时按照JB 4732—95对危险截面进行应力强度评定。
By using face - face contact model, the contact question of double cone ring sealed structure of ammonia synthesis tower was simulated. Utilizing larger finite element stress analysis software Ansys 10.0, 2 - D Axisymmetric plane element from this software was employed to calculate the stresses of the connected location between double cone ring, blind cover and end cylinder, the contact stresses in this structure was analyzed, thus, the distribution nephogram of the stresses on the contact surfacewas obtained. At the same time, the strength of these dangerous sections was evaluated in accordance with criteria JB 4732-95.
