摘要
目的观察复方丹参滴丸治疗冠心病(CHD)心绞痛的临床疗效及安全性。方法按WHO制定的"缺血性心脏病的命名或诊断标准",选择CHD患者234例,随即分为治疗组和对照组两组。治疗组130例给予复方丹参滴丸治疗,每次4片,每天3次;对照组给予地奥心血康片治疗,每次10毫克,每天3次,均连续治疗12周。结果两组均取得了良好疗效,但治疗组心绞痛、心电图疗效、硝酸甘油减停率均高于对照组,两组间差异有统计学意义。实验室及医技检查:治疗组的血液流变学指标、心功能变化、运动耐量和总工作量均高于对照组。结论用复方丹参滴丸治疗冠心病心绞痛疗效确切,可增加心绞痛患者运动耐量,改善运动诱发心绞痛的心肌缺血,且安全有效,易于耐受。
Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of compound pills of Danshen root on coronary heart disease （CHD） angina. Methods According to the WHO＇s ischemic heart disease diagnostic criteria, we selected 234 CHD cases and they were divided into two groups, treatment and control groups. The treatment group consisting of 130 cases was given compound pills of Danshen root treatment, 4 pills per time and 3 times daily; whereas DAXXK tablet treatment was given in control group. 10 mg per time and 3 times daily. The course of treatment lasted continuously for 12 weeks in both groups. Results Both groups achieved good effects, but in the treatment group, the remission rate of angina pectoris, ECG. and the stopping rate by nitroglycerin were significantly superior to those in control group （P〈 0. 01） . The hemorheology index, changes in cardiac function, exercise tolerance and total workload were significantly better in treatment group than control one （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Compound pills of Danshen root is effective, safe, and easy to tolerance in treatment of angina pectoris. It can increase exercise tolerance and improve exercise-induced myocardial ischemia.
