摘要
建立了风冷热泵机组冷凝器的数学模型,分析了风量调节方式对COP的影响,得到不同工况不同负荷率下的最优风量变化曲线。结果表明,同负荷率下工况的变化对最优风量比例影响较小,而负荷率的变化对最优风量比例影响较大。针对某特定机组,部分负荷率大于50%时应采用定风量调节,部分负荷率小于50%时应采用变风量调节;部分负荷率为25%时,选用最优风量COP可提高8%。同时,基于模拟结果,对风机选型也提出了新的看法。
The mathematical model of condenser of air-cooled heat pump was built. The influence of adjustment method of air volume to COP was analyzed. The changing curve of optimal air volume under different part load rate and operating conditions was gained. Results showed that the influence of operating condition to optimal air volume was slight ; the influence of part load rate to optimal air volume was great. Aimed at one special heat pump, variable air volume adjustment should be used when the part load rate was lower than 50%. Especially, when part load rate was 25% , the COP could increase by 8%. And based on the results, a new idea about selecting fan was presented.
