摘要
通过对国内多级清水离心泵的性能指标进行行业调查,在收集大量数据的基础上将效率、汽蚀余量性能指标的实测值与国家标准规定值及样本数值进行了比较。对立式结构、卧式结构分别进行统计、整理、分析;详细地介绍了国内单级单吸清水离心泵的技术水平现状,指出了样本数据普遍与实测数据不一致、低比转速的性能指标技术水平相对好一些而立式结构的效率性能指标则偏低。
Based on investigations of the main national pump enterprises, the performance data of multistage rinsing centrifugal pump were collected, and the measurement data of performance indexes such as efficiency and net positive suction (NPSH) were compared with national standard value and sample value. The performance indexes of vertical and horizontal pumps were colledted and analyzed, and the technology development actuality of multistage rinsing centrifugal pump in china was introduced. The research results show that sample and measurement data are inconsistent, the performance indexes under low specific-speed are better, and the efficiency index is lower for vertical pump.
