摘要
设计了用比色法实时检测焊接温度场的传感器与计算机处理系统。为了得到宽范围温度场的全面信息,使用了三个不同的曝光时间对温度场不同范围的温度进行检测,详细描述了三个不同温度区域的计算机数据采集、处理以及它们之间的连接处理方法,最后得到了焊接温度场分布,从而可以得到等温线分布参数、焊接区域各点的热循环参数等,为焊接过程及焊接质量控制提供了新的方法。
A sensor and computer system was designed for the welding temperature field real time measurement by colorimetric method. In order to get the whole information of the wide range temperature field three shut off time was applied for different temperature range of the field. Data collecting and processing method for calculation of temperature in each temperature range as well as synthesizing the three temperature field into one was described in detail. From the obtained data the isotherm and welding thermal cycle at any point of the field may easily derived, which provides new method for welding process control and quality control.
