摘要
根据《基础教育课程改革纲要》精神和国家教育部的安排,体育教学改革工作于2001年全面启动,经过三年的时间和研究,从课改的实施过程中得到了许多经验和启示。体育教师要适应新课改的要求,就必须树立现代教师观,更新旧观念,提高自身素质,改善师生关系,才能提高教学水平和教学效果,培养出新型人才。文章采用文献分析法和资料引用法对新课程及体育教师的要求进行阐述和分析,指出体育教师的新要求,明确体育教师在教学上的突破和转变,适应课改的形式。
