颈椎病的前路手术治疗

摘要 颈椎病是以退行性病变为主要特征的疾病，病变范围广泛，颈椎病的致压因素包括突出的椎间盘、增生的骨赘、肥厚或骨化的后纵韧带及黄韧带等。因压迫部位不同，可以出现不同的临床症状和体征。Brain1952年首先报道脊髓型颈椎病（cervical spondilotic myelopathy。CSM）是长期退变导致颈椎间盘突出、骨赘形成及韧带骨化所致脊髓受压、四肢不同程度功能障碍的严重疾病。Alker1988年的研究表明，颈椎病脊髓受压可使灰质内传导束出现脱髓鞘改变，其慢性病理变化是一个从可逆到不可逆改变的损害过程。
