摘要
应用四因素两水平正交实验设计,研究不同NaCl处理条件对高粱蛋白质SDS一聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳谱带的影响.结果表明:高浓度NaCl和长时间处理所诱导的盐胁迫蛋白不同;低龄高盐组合诱导出的盐胁迫蛋白种类较多;处理方式对蛋白质在细胞中的含量无显著影响.在此基础上,进一步研究了碱蓬、柽柳等其它几种植物,发现不同物种盐胁迫后蛋白质SDS-聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳谱带的变化不同.
The kind and the amount of salt-stress proteins induced by NaCl was investigated. Distinct salt-stress proteins were induced by high concentration of NaCl and long period of treatment in sorghum (Sorghum vulgars Pers ), and high concentration of NaCl in younger plant induced more salt--stress proteins compared with other combinations. It was also observed that different test species have different changes in SDS--PAGE pattern.
