摘要
本文以上海市三网融合为背景,建立了电信运营商与有线运营商之间的捆绑销售竞争模型,分析了网络运营商之间的交叉渗透与相互融合问题。结果表明:同时捆绑了三项业务的电信运营商可以通过设定较低的价格形成对仅捆绑了两项业务的有线运营商的有效的市场关闭,提高产品差异化水平是有线运营商提升价格和利润水平的有效手段。捆绑业务间的范围经济性将为渗透与融合中的网络运营商带来显著的效率增进效用,它进一步要求网络商业模式的融合。
This paper forms a bundling model between telecom platform and cable platform, and analyzes the cross penetration and reciprocal convergence in network industries based upon the Shanghai's "Convergence of Three Networks-Telecommunication network, Cable network and Internet". It can be concluded that the telecom platform bundled three businesses can effectively foreclose the market of cable platform which bundles two businesses by setting a lower price, and it could be a useful method to increase price levels and profits that compete by making product differences. The network platforms can benefit from economies of scope in bundled businesses, which acquires the convergence of business models of different networks.
