摘要
成纪是见于史籍较早的一个古地名,传说它由伏羲之母华胥怀胎十二年生伏羲而得名。秦安属古成纪的中心地带,西汉王朝在成纪的中心地带设置了成纪县,县治今秦安县城北三十里之"小坑川"。从各类史籍的记载,从实地调查考证和发现的古城址来看,《旧唐书》记载的"成纪,汉县,旧治小坑川"就是今秦安县城北三十里之安伏川。
Chengji is an old name of a place in historical records. It is said that Fuxi had been bored after been conceived for twelve years. Qin＇an was the centre of ancient Chengji county. Chengji county had been established in the centre of Chengji in Han dynasty,Chengji county seat placed at Xiao Ken ehuan（小坑川） in the north of Qin＇an county. According to all kinds of historical records and the spot investigations and the alien cities of being found out. The place is now Anfuehuan, in the north of Qin＇an county like Jiu Tang Shu recorded： ＂Chengji was a county of Han dynasty, former county seat was lactated as Xiao Ken ehuan＂.
