摘要
本文以高效液相色谱为芦荟甙含量测定方法,分别对索氏提取、快速溶剂萃取(ASE)以及超声波提取芦荟甙的工艺条件进行了对比,探讨了芦荟甙提取的最佳方法和条件.在此基础上,比较了不同部位和不同生长期芦荟中芦荟甙含量的差异,并研究了热、光、PH值对芦荟甙稳定性的影响.
In this article,the conditions of Soxhlet extraction,ASE and ultrasonic extraction were studied based on the amount of Aloin extractant measured by HPLC, and the best extraction ways and conditions of Aloin were discussed. Then the content of Aloin in the different parts and growth periods of aloe were compared and the impact of thermal, optical and PH value to the stability of Aloin were also reported.
