摘要
本文研究了溶胶-凝胶(sol-gel)技术制备TiO2光催化剂过程中凝胶形成方法(渗析法、金属-溶胶反应法及酸碱中和法)对催化剂结构的影响,并以苯的气相光催化氧化为探针对相应催化剂的反应性能进行评价.实验结果表明,金属-溶胶反应法能有效地调节催化剂的结构。
Three different methods of gelation (i.e., dialysis, metal-sol reaction and acid-base neutralization) were employed in the sol-gel processes for prparing TiO2 photo-catalysts. The effect of these methods on specific surface area and pore structure of the catalysts was studied. Benzene photocatalytic oxidation was used as a probe reaction for evaluating the activity and mineralizing selectivity of the catalysts. The results showed that structure and photocatalytic properties of TiO2 catalyst were greatly improved by the gelling method of metal-sol reaction.
