血红素氧合酶和糖尿病血管病变 被引量:1

摘要 糖尿病血管病变是糖尿病的主要并发症,包括大血管病变和微血管病变。氧化应激和炎症反应是糖尿病血管病变发生和发展的重要病理生理机制。对抗氧化应激及炎症反应损伤对于预防和治疗糖尿病血管病变具有重要意义。血红素氧合酶(heme oxygenas,HO)是催化血红素降解的一种应激蛋白.越来越多的证据表明HO具有抗氧化应激、抗炎等细胞保护作用。
