摘要
冠心病患者合并糖耐量异常的比例很高,且血糖对冠脉疾病的影响不容忽视。本文论述从脾肾论治冠心病患者合并糖耐量异常的理论基础及方药运用,试用中药调节此类患者的血糖,从而减少高糖环境对机体的损害,在实践中取得较好疗效。
A lot of patients with coronary heart disease also have impaired glocose tolerance. Moreover, the effection of blood glucose on coronary desease is significance. Our article is about the rationale and the Chinese medicinal formulae of the treatment to patients with coronary heart disease and impaired glocose tolerance in splenonephric theory. We try to regul the pations＇ blood glucose with traditional Chinese medicine, then reduce the damage to body by high glucose environment.
