摘要
运用ABAQUS软件建立12.00R20载重子午线轮胎三维非线性有限元模型,分析自由滚动、全驱动/制动和侧偏状态下轮胎接地压力及接地面剪切应力和摩擦功的分布情况。结果表明,在全驱动/制动状态下摩擦功与接地压力和接地面剪切应力近似呈正比关系,在自由滚动和侧偏状态下接地面摩擦功分布呈现不同的特点。
A 3D nonlinear FE model for 12.00R20 TBR tire was established by using ABAOUS software. The contact pressure, shear stress and friction work under free-rolling, traction/braking and cornering conditions were analyzed. Friction work was approximately proportional to contact pressure and shear stress under traction/braking, but dissimilar results were found under free-rolling and corne-ring conditions.
