摘要
探讨了硫酸盐竹浆助剂OC强化的氧脱木素工艺的优化和ODQP漂白。结果表明,从氧脱木素后竹浆脱木素率和粘度降低率考虑,竹浆氧脱木素的优化工艺条件为:助剂用量0.1%,用碱量4%,MgSO4用量0.5%,温度100℃,反应时间60min,氧压0.6MPa。竹浆进行ODQP漂白,纸浆白度达83.4%ISO,粘度810cm3/g,返黄值0.63。
The optimization of the process of oxygen delignification intensified by OC additives and ODQP bleaching in sulfate bamboo pulping were investigated. The results show that in consideration of the bamboo pulp delignification rate after oxygen delignification rate and viscosity reduction rate, the optimization technological conditions for oxygen delignification of bamboo pulp are: additive dosage 0.1%, alkali charge 4%, MgSO4 dosage 0.5%, temperature 100℃, reaction time 60min and oxygen pressure 0.6 MPa. After ODQP bleaching , the whiteness of bamboo pulp is reached 83.4%ISO, viscosity 810cm3/g and color reversion value 0.63.
